Note 1): Even in this way, you probably won't be able to level up all MQ's to level 5, since the two extras will level up to the point where they won't gain significant XP pretty quickly, so prioritize the ones you want to use for the Final Bossfight, and at least one of each element for the achievement. Then, at the very end of the final dungeon you can go back to your base (you will have unlocked shortcuts along the way), put the two characters you've left out so far in your party, go to the section with the highest level monsters, fight, and watch these characters, and the MQ's they carry, shoot up in levels. If you always pick the same 2 to bring and leave the 3rd & 4th at your base, the latter won't level at all.
